Session Fees
Child, Parent, or Parent-Child Sessions
$250 per 50-minute session
Initial Intake Session
$350 per 75-minute session
Additional Fees
Phone Consultations
Phone consultations with parents or other professionals lasting 15 minutes or longer are billed at $250 per hour.
Written Reports & Letters
Fees for written reports and letters are determined based on the type of document, its requirements, and the time needed to complete it.
Court-Related Services
Fees for court-related services are outlined in detail in the Office Policies document.
Cancellation Policy
All appointments must be canceled with at least 24 hours notice. If an appointment is canceled with less than 24 hours notice, the full session fee will be due.
Payment
Payment is due at the time of service and may be made by check or credit card.
Insurance Information
I am an out-of-network provider and do not participate directly with insurance plans. Payment is therefore made directly to me at the time of service.
If your insurance plan provides out-of-network benefits for mental health services, you may be eligible for reimbursement. I will provide you with a superbill following each session that you may submit to your insurance company.
Because insurance coverage varies by plan, I recommend contacting your insurance provider directly to confirm your out-of-network benefits, reimbursement rates, deductible requirements, and any other applicable conditions.
Please note that insurance companies generally require a mental health diagnosis to process claims for reimbursement. If you choose to submit claims to your insurance company, the diagnosis documented as part of your treatment may be included with the claim.
